Our three properties include a well appointed studio in Downtown Sonora and two lovely, spacious homes in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. 				Great house and great owners. Spent the evenings on the swing on the porch. A lot of personal charm and a fresh modern look with rustic charm.  A great place to enjoy Pine Mountain Lake.

				We booked Len and Katie’s place for our trip to Yosemite national park and it was great. The place itself is nestled near a beautiful lake and we had a restful trip. Definitely recommend to others.

				Len and Katie are fantastic hosts.  Excellent and timely communication.  Their beautiful cabin is extremely clean and completely stocked with quality kitchen ware and plenty of paper towels, t/p, and things like plastic sandwich bags, foil, etc.  The house had a great BBQ and all the utensils needed as well as beach towels, washer / dryer, and A/C!  Which was great during a hot week.  Having stayed with my family in countless rentals over the years I’ve only ever saved a couple that I’d like to stay at again and this is absolutely one of them.

				The home had everything you’d needed for a group of 6 including a toddler and kid. 



Beautiful view out the deck added to the experience. Clear instructions for guests and a nice list of recommendations too. Kids loved to swim in the lake.

House is in a gated community, made us feel safer.



The house is a bit tucked-in from the street, compared to the neighboring houses, you’ll just have to watch house number on the street for the driveway. But that gets you unobstructed views.



Overall we loved the place, amazing hosts, and easy checkin. We’d happily visit again!
